Peach preserves

Made some peach preserves, today. I didn't have fresh peaches, or the time to peel & slice them, so I used frozen fruit. 5 pounds of peaches turned into a total of about 3 pints of fruit & 6 pints of peach honey. I wish there would have been more fruit.
